YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants
on the day of November, 1980, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot Block 5, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on record in Plat Book 8, at page 25,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida

~ that certain indenture of mortgage dated March 14, 1980, from

Ezekiel L. Jerkins and Lucy O. Jerkins, his wife, to Harris

Construction Corporation, a Florida corporation, which said
indenture of mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 327 at page 2946
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
