HEATHER LEE OSIKA
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This Action came on for hearing on the 10th day of November, 1980,
upon the verified petition for adoption filed by the Petitioner,
and the consents of the mother and the father of the child sought to
be adopted by the step-parent petitioner, and it appearing to the
Court that the petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the
minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interest of the
child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the child is suitable
for adoption by the petitioner, J11MES HAROLD RUSSELL, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as HEATHER LEE OSIKA, born
on December 27, 1972, is declared to be the legal child of the
petitioner, JAMES HAROLD RUSSELL-, and is given the name of
ItEATt1ER LEE RUSSELL, by which name she shall hereafter be known, and
~ it is

ADJUDGED that the child shall be the child and legal heir
j of the petitioner, JAMES HAROLD RUSSELL, entitled to all rights and
~ privileges, and subject to all obligations of children born to
petitioner, JAMES HAROLD RUSSELL, in lawful wedlock.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this ~ day of November A.D., 1980.
