Notice is hereby given that on the date of the filing of
this Lis Pendens, the Plaintiff filed suit against WALTER J.
MILLER, a single person and PINKIE E. MILLER, a single person,
formerly Husband and Wife and FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, a
corporation,
the Defendant(s) herein, to foreclose a certain mortgage on the
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
All of Lot. 4, and the North 5 feet of Lot 1, of a Resubdivision
of the West 1/2 of Block 1 of a Resubdivision of HsiIRMOUR PARK,
according to the plat of said Resubdivision in Plat Book 8, Page
8, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
Lot 4 and the North 5 feet of Lot 1, of Resubdivision of FAIRMOUR
PARK, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 8 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said mortgage was recorded in Official Records Book 259 Page
2046 on November 5 19 76 , in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
