FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration upon the
Plaintiff's motion for Final Judgment; it appearing to the
Court that a default was duly and regularly entered against
the above named Defendant, and the Plaintiff having filed
an Affidavit and Exhibit herein as proof of the sum due;
and the Court being otherwise 'fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, Nationwide
Mutual Fire Insurance Company, a corporation, does have,
receive and recover from the Defendant, Gene D. Davis,
i Individually, d/b/a Davis 5 Sons, Inc., a Sole Propietorship,
j whose address is 3600 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida r
33450, the sum of ;715.16, plus interest in the sum of 696.51,
plus Court costs in the sum of 623.50, making a total of
