INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT
rJU~a~~ THIS CONTRACT is entered into this day of
October, 1980, by and between JOSEPH C. GILMORE and MARGARET M.
GILMORE, his wife, of Missouri City, Texas, hereinafter referred
to as "Sellers", and BRUCE L. RICHARDSON and PATRICIA M.
RICHARDSON, his wife, of Redwood City, California, hereinafter
referred to as "Buyers".
WHEREAS, the Sellers are the owners of certain
real property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie

L ~ ~ WHEREAS, Sellers desire to sell and Buyers desire
~ to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on
s ~ the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in

~ furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers

agree to purchase from the Sellers 'the aforesaid property,

• I inr_luding all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
