NO/100 (59,300.00) DOLLARS to be paid to SUN REALTY, INC.,
within ten days after the execution hereof and to be held in
behalf of the Sellers.
B. The additional sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($14,700.00) DOLLARS plus closing costs
as hereinafter defined at the time of closing. This amount may
be adjusted to reflect the actual balance of the first Mortgage
in favor of GDV FINANCIAL CORPORATION beipg paid by the Buyers so
that the entire purchase price shall be the sum of $103,000.00.
C. The balance of SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND
~ NO/100 ($78,000.00) DOLLARS shall be payable in the following
manner:
(1) The aforesaid sum of $78,000.00 shall
be segregated into two separate accounts, one of which shall
consist of the sum of $15,000.00 and which shall be payable in
equal monthly installments commencing thirty (30) days from the
date of closing in the sum of $180.03, which sum shall include
interest thereon at the rate of twelve (12$) per cent per annum
and which shall be fully due and payable within ten (10) years

~ (2) The remaining portion of said

maintain said Mortgage in all respects fully current and free
