having received and considered a sworn affidavit by DAN BRYANT
which is affected hereto as Exhibit "A", it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiff, DAN BRYANT, shall prevail on his ;
claim for breach of contract and damages all in the sum of
$11,000.00.
2. The Plaintiff, DAN BRYANT, is entitled to $116.81
as costs of this action-, as evidenced by the sworn affidavit of
Judith Bruce which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
