ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT
This matter having come before the Court upon the
Stipulation of the parties dated November 10, 1980, upon consider-
ation it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The following is added to paragraph 3 of the Final
Judgment dated April 22, 1980:
ALBERT L. BENNETT will not be required to make said
child support payments during the time the minor child
is residing with him.
