2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot. block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed. said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 336
Page22g5 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. 'That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION. tNC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 7 Block 158 Unit 12
in the name of: Maurice Wilkins
and now held in the name of: Robert A Van Natta
