Charles R. Fitzpatrick being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
:gas been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA~~
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Ass[gnment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20(35 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That.there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numaers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 336
Page 2285 , public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD`PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 22 Block 158 Unit 12
in the name of; Maynard Sipe
and now held in the name of: Robert A Van Natta .
