This GRANT DEED, executed this 1~~

1980, by TANJA CAPPADONNA, first party, to FREDERICK A.

91343, second party:
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in '
consideration of the sum of $1.00, in hand paid by the
second party, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise, release and grant unto the second party
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which said first party has in and to the following described
lot, piece or parcel of land, lyin3 and being in the County
of ST. LUCIE, State of FLORIDA, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 31, OF PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25,
AS RECORDED IN P.B. 13, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said second party forever.
