'11(.l.ARE OF 1iUTCtiINSON ISLAND is subject in every respect to the Declaration of c'ondominirun a:t to the condominium in which his unit is located and Ex}tfbits attached thereto, including but not lim- ited to (whether the same are attachod to LhA Declaration of C~ndomini?xn cr re- ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the As:.ociation, Artiel.P., of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhi.bi.±s and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Gwners Association; and Purchaser further acknawlectpes receipt of and readinP and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor ' plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- • tial, to the successful operation and management. of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agrr_e to abide by each and evert provision of said D~olaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hArPby ratifies and confirms and approvAs all of the terms and provisions of said D~elaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and arr~es that the as^essmrnt render the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, any} said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a Lien upon the Condominium parcel being-competed to Purchaser, as secarity for his obligations under said Declaration of CoePn- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser' ~^srtmes the oblipation.~ as to tt~~ Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
