of the two mortgages to date which are the only two assets in the
estate of the decedent:

I The Last Will and Testament of the decedent states that Frank
Rossi shall receive $1,000.00 less than his three brothers and
sisters. This provision of the decedent's Will has previously
been cor.~plied with; therefore, Frank Rossi is to share equally
in the remainder of the estate's assets with his brothers and
