ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of Loretta E. Wagner for the appointment
of a guardian of the person of Christopher Michael Kaleda
coming on this day to be heard, and it appearing to the Court
that said person is incompetent because of minority and that
it is necessary fora guardian to be appointed; and the Court
having jurisdiction and being full}• advised; it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Loretta E. Wagner is hereby .
appointed as guardian of the person of Christopher Michael
Kaleda, incompetent. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that, in accordance with the pro-
visions of F.S. X744.351, no bond is required.
