OF THE PERSON
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, Loretta E. Wagner has been appointed guardian
of the person of Christopher Michael Kaleda, incompetent, and
has taken the prescribed oath and performed all other acts
necessary to qualify as such guardian;
NOW, THEREFORE, I , ~QY(`,E ~ LEWIS ,
the undersigned judge of the above entitled court, declare
Loretta E. Wagner duly qualified under the laws of the State
of Florida to act as the guardian of the person of Christopher
Michael Kaleda, incompetent, with full power to have the
care, custody and control of said incompetent.
