The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as designated Personal Representative, who is an attorney before
the Bar of the State of Florida and whose address is: 8028 South
Federal Highway,-Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
2. Decedent, MARY E. WALKER, whose last known
address was: 801 West Green Street, Champaign, Illinois died on
March 16, 1977 at Mercy Hospital, Urbana, Illinois and at the
time of her death was domiciled in Champaign County, State-of
Illinois.
3. The Decedent had executed a Last Will and
~1 Testament dated .December 7, 1976, a copy of which is attached

4. Decedent, in her aforesaid Last Plill and

f~ Testament, appointed CATHERINE W. SCHOCK, as Personal
E ji Representative of his said estate, the said CATHERINE W. SCHOCK
11 having Waived her rights to so act in accordance with the Waiver

attached hereto.

5. The alternate Personal Representative, MERLE J.
WALKER, named in the Last Will and Testament of Decedent, died on

November 10, 1978, a copy of his death certificate being attached

hereto.
6. The remaining heirs of the estate, namely:
NELGIF. WALKER, surviving spouse of MERLE J. WALKER, deceased and

DOROTHY WALKER have Waived their right to act as Personal
~ Representative herein and Consent to the appointment of your
Petitioner herein as evidenced by the Waiver attached hereto.
