Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent owned real estate in this County. 9. The following is a complete list of the assets in this estate and their estimated values together with those assets claimed to be exempt: LOT 20, BLOCK 1566, PORT ST. LUCIE, $4,500.00 SECTION 30, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as set forth in plat book 14, Page 10, of the Public - Records of St. Lucie County, Florida 10. Decedent has been dead for more than three (3) { years. i ~j 11.
