2) One-Third (1/3) of all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate I give and devise to
my sister-in-law, DOROTHY WALKER, if living, and
if deceased to her then living issue by right of
representation.
3) One-Third (1/3) of all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate I give and devise to
my niece, CATHERINE W. SCHOCK, if living, and if
deceased to her then living issue by right of
representation.
ARTICLE V.
I direct that all transfer, inheritance, estate
and similar taxes, and any interest thereon, which may be
assessed with respect to all property required to be
included in my gross taxable estate, whether or not pass-
e ing under this Will, shall be paid out of my residuary
estate-passing under ARTICLE IV., and there shall be no

apportionment.
ARTICLE VI.
I hereby constitute and appoint my niece,
CATHERINE W. SCHOCK, to be Personal Representative of
this, my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer
upon her power as such Personal Representative to
administer my estate, excusing her from giving bond, or
making any returns to any Court. I authorize her to make
goad and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to
sell any property belonging to my estate at such price
