for the use of my said estate in any instance where she
may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the same o

by mortgage, trust deed or other form of security to or
upon and part of my estate; this she may do without order
of any Court. .
If my niece, CATHERINE W. SCHOCK, shall for
any reason fail to qualify as Personal Representative, or
• having qualified cease to act as Personal Representative,
I hereby appoint my brother, MERLE J. WALKER, to act as
Personal Representative in her place, excusing him from
giving any bond, and he shall succeed to all of the duties
and power herein given to my Personal Representative.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal to this, my Last Will and Testament,
comprising three (3) typewritten pages, and have also signed
