On the Petition of HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE, for.
Summary Administration of the estate of MARY E. WALKER, Deceased,
the Court finding that the dededent died on the 16th day of
March, 1977; that all interested persons have been served proper
notice of this hearing or have waived notice thereof; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order
! of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date December 7,
1976, and attested by Athena L. Elliott, Jane C. VanLoon and
Margaret M. Reach, as subscribing and atEesting witnesses is
admitted to prohate according to law, as and for the Last Will of
~ the Decedent.
' t ~ ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate

~ distribution of the assets of the decedent as follows: That the

~ SECTION 30, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as set
if forth in Plat Book 14, Page 10, of the Public Records of St.

I~ Lucie County, Florida be sold to MICHAEL RUCCOLO for the gross
~ sum of $4,500.00, that there be deducted the usual and customary

costs and expenses as well as the expenses of this
administration and that the net balance thereafter be distributed
fl to CATHERINE. W. SCHOCK, NELLIF. WALKER and DOROTHY WALKER

of the decedent's estate ar_e assigned by this Order shall be
