PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and property
of OVE MUNCH, Incompetent, alleges:
1. T1'ie need for the continuation of this guardianship
no longer exists by reason of the fact that the incompetent,
OVE MUNCH, died on April 9, 1980)
2. Petitioner represents that there are no individuals
upon whom service of process is required, that is no known next
of kin of the ward, and the petitioner is the personal represen-
tative of the ward's es fate.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered

approving all accountings not previously approved and discharging
i petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety on petitioner's
~ bond, if any, from further liability.
