PETITION FOR ORDER i
AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The Petitioner, JANE CARNETT, alleges:
1. Petitioner is the Guardian of the property of AGNES
MAKUCH.

2. The above-named ward is the owner of certain real
property which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows: i
Lot 26, and the South S feet of vacated alley
adjacent on North, of MORGAN`S SUBDIVISION,
as per Plat thereof on file in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The above-described real property has an appraised j
value of $9,330.00, and Petitioner has received an offer to
purchase said real property for the sum of $17,500.00 cash,
j which is well in excess of the appraised value.
4. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and '
necessary to sell the property described above to provide funds

~ for the health and care of the ward.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered
authorizing her to sell the property on the terms and conditions
set forth in this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
