ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

This cause coming. on before this Court upon the Petition
i
of JANE CARNET, as Guardian of the property of AGNES MAKUCH,
i
and the Court having determined that it is in the best interest
• of the ward that certain assets be sold in order to provide
funds for the health and care of the ward, and that the best
interest of the ward would be served by the sale of the property
at a private sale for a cash purchase price of $17,500.00, it'
therefore is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JANE CARNET, as Guardian of
the property of AGNES MAKUCH, is hereby authorized to sell the
following described real property:
j Lot 26, and the South 5 feet of vacated alley
_ adjacent on North, of MORGAN'S SUBDIVISIO:J, as
per Plat thereof on file in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
