PETITION FOR ANCILLARY SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
surviving spouse of the decedent. Her. name and address are set
forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of the attorney for
the estate are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, WESLEY J. WOLCOTT, whose last known address was
Morris County, State of New Jersey died on November 12, 1970 at
Whippany, New Jersey, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in Morris County, State of New Jersey.
. 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, and their addresses
and relationships to decedent, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent had an interest in property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The following is the asset in this estate and its value.
The ownership interest in the decedent, if any, is unknown.
Lot 2, Block E, MARAVILLA TERRACE, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5; page 50 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, nlizs
the East 7.5 feet of the vacated alley adjacent on
the West. $ 7,500
6. The purpose of filing this ancillary administration is
to perfect the title to the real property described above in para-
graph 5.
7. To the best knowledge of the petitioner, the value of the
entire estate subject to administration in this state does not
exceed $25,000.
