8. The estate is not indebted.
9. It is proposed that the ownership interest of the
decedent, if any, in the real property described in paragraph
S of this petition be distributed as follows:

10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other. than as set forth in paragraph 11.
11. The original of the decedent's last will dated July
28, 1961 has been filed in the domiciliary probate proceedings
in the Surrogate's Court of Morris County, State of New Jersey
and an authenticated copy thereof accompanies this petition.
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this
i petition.
