ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of Sarah J. Wolcott for Summary Administration
of the estate of WESLEY J. WOLCOTT, deceased, the court finding
that the decedent died on the 12th day of November, 1970; that all
interested persons had proper notice of this hearing; that the
material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED, that the authenticated copy of the Will bearing date
of July 28, 1961, and attested by Isabelle Ness and Helen Roskaz as
subscribing and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate according
to law, as and for the last will of the decedent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of the ,
_ whatever ownership interest the decedent had in the following asset:

Sarah J. Wolcott 38 Park Avenue Lot 2, Block E, MARAVILiA
Convent Station , N . J . TERRACE, as per plat thereof re-
07961 corded in Plat Book S, page 50 of
the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, plus the East 7.5
feet of the vacated alley adjacent
on the West.
~ AD~TiJDGED FUR'II~R, that those to whom specified parts of the decedent's
j estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to receive and
collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
a
property of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to
comply with this order by paying, delivering and transferring to those
~ specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them
by this order, and the persons so paying, delivering, or transferring
I shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property.
