BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgements, personally appeared Gary M. F.
Rayman wha after being first duly cautioned and sworn, deposes
and says as follows:
1. I, Gary M. F. Rayman, am a duly registered land surveyor
under the laws of the STATE OF FLORIDA, being surveyor _
No. 2633.
2. This certificate is made as to TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB
CONDOMINIUM B located at Tarpon Bay Yacht Club, 3100
Pruitt Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
3. The construction of the improvements comprising the con-
dominium is substantially complete so that the materials
that comprise Exhibit "B" to the Declaration of Condo-
minium, together with the provisions of said Declaration
describing the Condominium Property, are an accurate
representation of the location and dimensions of the im-
provements, and the identification, location and dimen-
sions of the Common Elements within the Condominium can
be determined from the materials.
