A Non-Profit Florida Corporation
WF, the undersinnecl, acknowledge and file in the office of
the Secretary of State of the State of E'loricia, for the purpose of
forming a non-profit corporation in accorcE~nce with the laws of
the State of Florida, these Articles of IncorF~c~ration, as by law
provided. As used herein, terms defined in the Declaration of
Condominium for TARPOEJ E3AY YACHT CLUES CONDOMINIUM R shall mean the
same herein.
ARTICLE I
NAME
The name of the corporation shall bn TARt~nN IiAY YACHT CLUES
COt•EDOMItJIUt~1 d ASSOCIATION, IT]C. , hereinafter referred to as the
"Association" or "Corporation".
ARTICLE II
PURPOSE
In accordance with the provisions of Chanter 718, Florida
Statutes (1977), the "Condominium Act", a condominium will be
created upon cert.-rin lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to be
known as: TARPOtI RAY YACEtT CLUB CONDOMINIUM d (the
"Condominium according to a Declaration of Condominium (the
"Declaration") to be recorded in tt~e Public. Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. '?^his Corporation is organized for the purpose of
operating, governing, administering and manayinq the property and
affairs of the Condominium and to exercise all powers and
discharge all the responsibilities granted to it as a corporation
~ under the laws of the State of Florida, the Ry-Laws of the
Corporation, theme Articles, Declaration and tt~e Condominium Act,
~ and to acquire, hold, convey and other~:ise deal in and with real
and personal E~ropetty in this Corporation's capacity as a
condominium association.

. ARTICLF. III
POWERS
The power, ~f the Association shall include and be governed
by the following trovisions: tl
Section 1. 't'h~r .association shall have all of the common law
- and statutory powers of a corporation not-Cor-profit which are not
in conflict with the terms of these Articles and the Declaration, ~
and all the powers conferred by the Condominium Act upon a
condominium association, and all the powers set forth in the
Declaration wh ickr are lawfu 1. .
