A Non-Profit Florida Corporation WF, the undersinnecl, acknowledge and file in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of E'loricia, for the purpose of forming a non-profit corporation in accorcE~nce with the laws of the State of Florida, these Articles of IncorF~c~ration, as by law provided. As used herein, terms defined in the Declaration of Condominium for TARPOEJ E3AY YACHT CLUES CONDOMINIUM R shall mean the same herein. ARTICLE I NAME The name of the corporation shall bn TARt~nN IiAY YACHT CLUES COt•EDOMItJIUt~1 d ASSOCIATION, IT]C. , hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "Corporation". ARTICLE II PURPOSE In accordance with the provisions of Chanter 718, Florida Statutes (1977), the "Condominium Act", a condominium will be created upon cert.-rin lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to be known as: TARPOtI RAY YACEtT CLUB CONDOMINIUM d (the "Condominium according to a Declaration of Condominium (the "Declaration") to be recorded in tt~e Public.
