A corporation or several individuals owning a unit shall designate a voting agent Eor tt~e unit(s) which they own, as set forth in the Declaration and By-Laws. ~ Section 3. The share of a member in ttie funds and assets of the Association shall not be assigned, hypothecated, or transferred in any manner except as an appurtenance to his unit. Tt~e affairs and property of the Association shall be managed ~-~nd governed by a Board of iirectors composed of three (3) directors. Section 2. Directors shall he elected by the voting members ~ in accordance with the By-Laws at regular annual meetings of the ~ membership of the Association, in the manner set out by the By -Laws.
