unit own~ecT~-him. A corporation or several individuals owning a
unit shall designate a voting agent Eor tt~e unit(s) which they
own, as set forth in the Declaration and By-Laws. ~
Section 3. The share of a member in ttie funds and assets of
the Association shall not be assigned, hypothecated, or
transferred in any manner except as an appurtenance to his unit.

EXISTENCE
This Corporation shall have perpetual existence.

• DIRECTORS -
j Section 1. Tt~e affairs and property of the Association
shall be managed ~-~nd governed by a Board of iirectors composed of
three (3) directors.
Section 2. Directors shall he elected by the voting members
~ in accordance with the By-Laws at regular annual meetings of the
~ membership of the Association, in the manner set out by the
By -Laws. Directors shall be elected to serve Eor a term of one
(1) year. In the event of a vacancy, the remaining director(s)
shall appoint a replacement to serve the balance of the term.
Section 3. The Developer, its grantees, successors or
assigns, shal }lave the right for the periods ~f time hereinafter
provided to appoint directors of the Association as follows:
(1) lentil the time that Developer teas closed the sale
- of fifteen (15~) percent of the units in the
Condominium, Developer may appoint all members of
the Board of Directors.
(2) When unit owners other than Developer own fifteen
