CONSTRUCTIOTJ
Wherever the masculine singutar form of tt~e t~ronoun is used
in these 13y-Laws, it shall be construed to mean ttie masculine,
feminine or neuter, sinc3ular or plural, wherever tl~e context so
requires.
Should any of the covenants herr_in imp~se~t tae void or
unenforceable at laY~ or in equity, the remaining provisions of
this instrument shall nevertheless be and remain in full force and
effect.
These [3y--Laws anct the Articles of U~cc~rt~or:_ition shall be
construed in the event of any ambiguity consiste~it with the
provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.
The foregoiny were adopted as the t3y-[~~ws of
