FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN PALM BEACH, a national banking corp-
oration, 255 South County Road, Palm Beach, Florida, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, the owner and holder of a mortgage upon lands
in St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage is dated September 28,
1979 and is recorded in O:R. Book 317, page 2403, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, joins in the making of the
foregoing Declaration of Condominium, and the Mortgagee agrees that
the lien of its mortgage, with respect to that portion of the mortgaged
property included within the Declaration, shall be upon the following-
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All of the Units of TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM
B, according to the Declaration of Condominium.
TOGETHER WITH all of the appurtenances of the units,
including but not limited to all of the undivided
shares in the common elements.
