EASEMENT Box 2357, Stuarlr, Flt«m 3722 l5t«k.at R.r. 2/so pate October 8 198.0.._ ER No. a62-6-eap Pole No. 3 5 Twp. 3 6 S Rge.41 E The undersigned, owner (s) of the premises described below, in consideration of the payment of S 1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to Florida Power & Light Company, its licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, an easement forever for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities (including wires. poke, guys. cables, conduits and appur- tenantequipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to. enlarge, change the size of and remove such facilities or any of them, on the property described as follows: Said easement more particularl;? described an the attached ~ Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.. I Said easement to be located in a parcel described as follows: All of the South 691.10 feet of Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, lying Easterly of State Road A-1-A; Being more particularly des- cribed as follows: Begin at the Point of Intersection of a line lying 691.10 feet North of as measured on the perpendicular and parallel to the South line of Section 35, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida and the Easterly right of way line of State Road A-1-A; thence run S 200 25' 40" E along said Easterly right of way line a distance of 454.96 (cont'd on reverse side) together with the right to permit any other person, firm ur corporation to attach wires to any facilities hereunder and Day cable and conduit within the right of way and to operate the same for communications purposes with the right of ingress and egress to said premises at all times, to clear the land and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowth or other obstructions within the easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs outside of the easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the lines or systems of communications or power trans- nussion or distribution, and further grants, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant, if at all, the rights hereinabove granted on the lat:d heretofore described, over, along and under the roads, streets or highways adjoining or through said property.
