THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Stipulation of the parties for the case to be removed
from the Jury Docket, commencing November 17, 1980, and
to continue Pre-Trial Conference, the Court having considered
the same and being fully advised by counsel for the parties,
and otherwise being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This cause shall be removed from the Jury
Trial Docket, commencing November 17, 1980;
2. That it shall be placed upon the Jury Trial
Docket, commencing January 5, 1981;
3. That Pre-Trial Conference scheduled for Novem-
~ ber 10, 1980 is continued and shall be rescheduled at 9:00
a.m. on December 17, 1980.
