the Plaintiff having moved for a continuance and the Court having
found that the Plaintiff has failed to file a Pre-Trial Statement
and Jury Instructions as required by this Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: `
The Plaintiff's Motion to Continue shall be and it is
hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall provide the
Defendant with a Pre-Trial Statement and Jury Instructions as required
by order of this Court on or before Friday, November 14, 1980.
