This cause came on for hearing on the Motion for Appoint-
ment of a Special Master filed on behalf of Defendants, MYLEE HOMES,
INC., a Florida corporation, ELLEN GUTERL and JEAN GUTERL, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel, considered the record in
this cause and being otherwise involved in the premises, it is
hereby,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Motion for Appointment of Special Master
be and the same is hereby granted for purposes of considering
and reporting on all issues pertaining to the accounting requested
by the parties including, but not limited to, all receipts, expendi-
tures and money transfers of the corporations, MYELLE HOMES, INC . ,
MYLEE HOMES, INC. , and J & E HOMES, INC. , all Florida corporations
from their inception to date..
