ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss the Complaint in this cause and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in the pre-
mises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the ''~ibtion to Dismiss is
denied and the Defendants have twenty (20) days from the date of
this Order to answer the Complaint herein.
In this ruling the Court is relying authority of Tavares
v Allstate Insurance Company, 342 So. 2d 551 (Fla. 3d DCA 1977) and
Cruger v Allstate Insurance Company, 162 So. 2d 690 (Fla. 3d DCA
1964).
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers this day of November,
