(g) That the hurricane-force winds of Hurricane David,
in September, 1979, caused the screen enclosure which was constructed
by the Defendant, to collapse.
(h) That between January 1, 1979, and May 11, 1979,
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION constructed and erected a screen
enclosure over the outdoor swimming pool which was purchased by the
Plaintiff from the Defendant, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
(i) GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and GDV FINANCIAL
CORPORATION knew that the Plaintiff was bound to keep the premises
