3. OTHER PROVISIONS. None.
4, EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either
party .
5. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed on the Pre-Trial
Statement filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify, except
the parties themselves. Either party may call any witness listed by
any other party.
6. PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES. Plaintiff shall have 6 peremptory
challenges. Each Defendant shall have 3 peremptory challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instructions, each
charge on a separate sheet, shall be submitted to the Court at the
beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys.. Additional jury
instructions shall be submitted no later than the conclusion of the
testimony.
8. EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE. Outside the hearing of the jury,
in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e).
9. The list of witnesses and scheduled documentary evidence
may be supplemented and amended until five days next preceding the
trial of this action.

10. Discovery may be conducted until five days preceding
