and did so again at this hearing, and the Plaintiff refused to
accept same.
After hearing argument of counsel for the parties herein
and the Court being otherwise sufficiently advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDET2ED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Compel Settlement
is hereby granted and that the case is settled for 53,250.00.
Within ten (10) days of this Order the Plaintiff shall execute
a General Release and Satisfaction of Judgment provided previousl
by the Defendant, or the Defendant shall be released from all
liability herein.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie
County, Florida, this ~3 day of 1980.
