O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing on July 30, 1980 on the Wife's
Motion to Modify the Order of December 8, 1977 entered in said
cause and the Husband's Answer thereto and the Court having heard
testimony of the parties, argument of counsel for the respective
parties, and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Motion to modify be and the same is hereby
denied.
2. The Wife shall be entitled to have the minor children
~ visit with her away from the residence of the Husband two weekends
each month from Friday at seven p.m. until Sunday at seven p.m.
In the evert, however, the Husband's permanent residence is outside
the State of Florida the Wife shall be entitled to visitation with
the minor children on alternate school weekends at the residence of
the Husband and an additional six weeks during the summer vacation
period away from the residence of the Husband, and the Husband shall
be responsible for the traflsportation of the minor children to and ~Q~

3. The parties hereto shall keep each other advised of
their permanent residence address and telephone number at all times
and shall notify the other party of any serious illness or injury

to the minor children.
