HomeMy WebLinkAbout0600 4. The Wife, NIMA L. SAFRANSKI KOENIG, shall have the
right to have the minor children visit and be with her from
August 6, 1980 until five days prior to the opening of school
in the locality of the Husband's residence in Houston, Texas on
September 2, 1980. The Husband shall be responsible for the costs
of the transportation of the minor children to and from his resi-
dence to the residence of the Wife in care of Louise Smith, 308-D
River House Apartments, Daytona Beach, Florida. _
5. The Court determines the sum of $300 to be a reasonable
fee for the Wife's attorney for her services herein and the Husband,
STANLEY ALBERT SAFRANSKI, is ordered to pay said sum to Jacqueline
L. Russakis, Esquire. The costs incurred in and about this action
shall be divided equally between the parties hereto.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
