FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of November, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has _jurisdiction of the parties .
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between EDWIN I. STANTON and HOPE S.
STANTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
d
therefrom.
2. Custody of RORY EARTH STANTON, minor child of the
parties is hereby awarded to EDWIN I. STANTON with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to HOPE S. STANTON.
3. Custody of CURTIS BROOKS STANTON, minor child of
the parties is hereby awarded to HOPE S.~STANTON, with reasonable

visitation rights reserved to EDWIN I. STANTON.
4. The Wife, HOPE S. STANTON, shall have the right to }
have the minor child, RORY EARTH STANTON,visit and be with her
away from the residence of the Husband, EDWIN I. STANTON, from
eight a.m. on Saturday morning until seven p.m. the following
Sunday, beginning November 15, 1980, and on every other weekend
