STANTON, shall be responsible for the transportation of said
minor child to and from the residence of the Husband.
5. Commencing November 22, 1980 the Husband, EDWIN I.
STANTON, shall have the right to have the minor child, CURTIS
BROOKS STANTON, visit and be with him away from the residence of
the Wife from eight a.m. on Saturday until seven p.m. the follow-
ing Sunday and on every other weekend thereafter until further
order of this Court. The Husband, EDWIN I. STANTON, shall be res-
ponsible for the transportation of said minor child to and from the
residence of the Wife.
The purpose of the visitation of the minor children
with each parent on alternating weekends is so that the children
may be together every weekend.
6. The marital dwelling located at 1124 Boston Avenue,
Ft. Pierce, Florida shall be appraised by a real estate broker and
~ the Husband, EDWIN I. STANTON, has the right to purchase the Wife's

~ equity therein. In the event the Husband fails to purchase the
Wife's a uit therein then the property shall be placed on the

r market and sold, and the net proceeds divided equally between the
parties hereto. The Wife shall have the right to reside in the
marital dwelling until the Husband purchases her interest or equity
or the property is sold on the open market.
7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing, using physical violence or annoy-
ing the other.
8. The Court determines the sum of $250 to be reasonable
for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and EDWIN I. STANTON
is ordered to pay Roger N. Messer, Esquire, said sum. The costs
incurred herein are to be divided equally between the parties hereto.
