JOYCE C. GARWOOD, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 13th day of November, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this ,
Court against the Wife, JOYCE C. GARWOOD, be and the same is hereby
approved, ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between ROLAND J. GARWOOD and JOYCE C.
GARWOOD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
3. Custody of ANGELA CHRISTINE GARWOOD, minor child of
the parties, is hereby awarded to ROLAND J. GARWOOD, with reason- ~

able visitation rights reserved~t,,o JOYCE C. GARWOOD.

4. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
