TERESA CHEATHAM BERGAMYER, Wife
RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn, Petition of
the Wife, Teresa Cheatham Bergamyer, for a temporary restraining
order, restraining and enjoining the Husband, Eric Von Bergamyer,
from interfering with, molesting, harassing and using physical
violence on the Wife and minor child, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED as follows:
1. The Husband, ERIC VON BERGAMYER, be and he is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing
j and using physical violence on the Wife, TERESA CHEATHAM BERGAMYER,
~ and the minor child, LUKE BERGAMYER.

2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be neces-
~ sary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order without
further order of this Court.
