MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein Charles W. Lasker and
Gloria A. Lasker are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE
ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described real property, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 106 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Fage 6S,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 253, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and recorded in Official Records Book 269 of Mortgages, on Page
2469 , Document No. 369591 in the Office of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 16th ~y of June , 19 77 ,
as assigned in Official Records Book 269 , Page 2474 , to the
Firnisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 270 Page 143 , to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mary-
land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,' Florida, does heceby acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and does release and discharge same of record.
