The petition of LOUIS F. VERDEL, III, for the appointment of
a guardian of the person and property of LULU MAE VERDEL, coming on
this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that said person

is incompetent because of Cerebral Arteriosclerosis with chronic f
Organic Brain Syndrome, and that it is necessary for a guardian to
be appointed; and the court having jurisdiction and being fully
advised, it is
ADJUDGED that LOUIS F. VERDEL, III is hereby appointed as guardian

ADJUDGED FURTHER that said LOUIS F. VERDEL is required to file
