21. PLtnee Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Leader, at Lender's option within twenty yeah from the date of this Mortgage, may
make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon. shall bs second by this Moetgags when evidenced by
promissory notes atsting that said notes are secured hereby. At ao time shall the principal amount of the iadebtedaess secured by this

22 Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lends shall release this Mortgage without charge to Borrower.
