OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above named Plaintiff against the above named defendants on
the day of November, 1980, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying

and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
~ Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
' 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
I Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run
g hence run West along the 1/4 section line a
distance of 201 feet to a point; thence run North
~ at right angles to said section line a distance of
225 feet to a point; thence run east a distance of
201 feet to the 1/4 section line of the herein
described property; thence run South a distance
of 225 feet to the point of beginning. Said
parcel subject to easement on the South Boundary
of ingress and egress.
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose.
