Comes now the Plaintiffs, by and through their under-
signed Attorney and move this Court to enter an order substituting
as Guardian ad Litem the name of RALPH FLOWERS, ESQUIRE, for the
name of ROBERT VAN NATTA, which was previously ordered in a previous
order of this Court upon the grounds that ROBERT VAN NATTA does
decline to serve as Guardian ad Litem.
